​One on One Coaching with Lily – Once you have learned the Keys to Eating in Alliance with Your Body from The Body Love Manual, and have made the commitment to shift to eating in synchronicity with your physical appetites rather than your emotional appetites (anger, frustration, boredom, worry, insecurity, fear, confusion, habit) you are half way there. 

The other 50% of the journey requires that you integrate the 10 keys to losing weight permanently and and practice them consistently and find ways to manage/transform the areas of your life that are causing you the most ongoing stress.
​If you are struggling with the shift to natural eating, allow Lily support you in making the transition as smoothly and successfully as possible by signing up for her one on one coaching or tele-coaching services. If you are having difficulty listening to your body and find that your old thought patterns and habits keep you from remembering to use the Eating in Alliance Keys on a daily basis, the wisest choice you can make is to seek the strongest support possible. Lily’s gentle, compassionate and direct master coaching can make all the difference.

Intensive Month Long Personal Program:  This intensive program includes: 
  • One (7 hour) day long personalized program in person in Carmel or on Skype with Lily.
  • Includes one “conscious eating” training meal with Lily at a nearby restaurant (Skype option available for out of towners)
  • Online Healthy Mind ~ Healthy Weight Class ~ 2 year membership
  • Bi-Weekly phone, skype or in person meetings (1 hour) for one month
  • Daily check ins by email/text (weekends excluded) with individual questions (3 times per day maximum).

After the first month is complete, you will have five additional follow up one hour sessions to use any time you need a mental “tune up.” The month long intense is designed to give you the immediate deeper dive into learning how to eat in connection with your physical appetites rather than your emotional appetites.  

Overcoming overeating is a gradual process, especially if you have had years of ignoring your body and chronic dieting. The more time you devote at the early stages to overcoming overeating... the easier the process is in the long run.  If you are ready to stop dabbling and ready to get serious about your recovery starting today...this is a highly recommended option.

3 Month Personalized Program - Includes
  • Two day long intensive with Lily (7 hours/including a conscious meal)
  • One follow up half day meeting 4 hours 
  • Daily check-in's 4 times a week for first month (weekends excluded) ~ up to one hour 
  • Bi-weekly meetings for month two
  • Once a week meeting for month two
  • Three year membership in the Healthy Mind ~ Healthy Weight Online Training 

After the first three months are complete, you will have four additional follow up one hour sessions to use any time you need a mental “tune up.” This program is designed for those that have been struggling with their relationship with food and their bodies for a decade or more and want to take the deepest dive into overcoming overeating. This training will make overcoming compulsivity around food a main focus in your life for three months. The greatest level of change comes when your relationship with food is made a top priority for a long enough period to create a lifetime of change.
